Engineering and maintenance provider HAECO and Liebherr-Aerospace have entered into a new component maintenance agreement to support COMAC\u2019s C909 and C919 aircraft, strengthening their existing partnership in the Chinese Mainland.<\/p>\n

The agreement will see the two companies collaborate on comprehensive repair and overhaul services for hydraulic components, as COMAC expands its fleet of commercial jets.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to join forces with Liebherr in providing high-quality hydraulic component maintenance services for the COMAC C909 and C919 aircraft,\u201d said Sandra Nieuwenhuijzen, group director of component and engine services at HAECO<\/a>. \u201cOur profound expertise in component maintenance solutions will enhance operational efficiency and reliability for COMAC and aircraft operators.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eric Th\u00e9venot, general manager aerospace customer service at Liebherr (China) Co., Ltd., added: \u201cThis strategic partnership combines HAECO\u2019s component MRO know-how and Liebherr-Aerospace\u2019s OEM capabilities in China to deliver efficient and comprehensive hydraulic component maintenance for COMAC\u2019s commercial jet aircraft. In parallel, the parties also maintain a dedicated landing gear service agreement to support the C909 fleet in the Chinese Mainland, building on their ongoing and successful collaboration.”<\/p>\n
