Aircraft leasing and lease management service provider, ACIA Aero Leasing (ACIA), has signed a TrueChoice agreement with GE Aerospace to provide MRO services for its CF34-10E engine fleet, a move that supports the lessor\u2019s planned expansion of its Embraer E1 platform.<\/p>\n

The agreement enables ACIA to offer prospective E-Jet customers a competitive and reliable MRO solution as it increases its presence in the regional jet market, complementing its existing turboprop portfolio.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe see the E1 E-Jet platform as an excellent complement to our turboprop portfolio,\u201d said Mark Dunnachie, senior vice president commercial at ACIA. \u201cBy concluding this TrueChoice agreement with GE Aerospace, we will be able to source and acquire E1 aircraft for onward leasing to our customer base with a competitive solution already on the table for the CF34-10E engine overhaul. We look forward to continuing to develop our existing relationship with GE Aerospace.\u201d<\/p>\n

GE Aerospace\u2019s TrueChoice services offer tailored solutions based on the lifecycle needs of an engine, underpinned by the OEM\u2019s data, analytics and experience. The programme aims to reduce MRO-related disruptions and provide engine reliability for operators.<\/p>\n

“GE Aerospace is honoured that ACIA Aero Leasing<\/a> selected us to maintain its Embraer E1 engine fleet,\u201d said Russell Stokes, president and chief executive, commercial engines and services, GE Aerospace. \u201cThis TrueChoice agreement will ensure their engines are maintained to the highest standards to ensure outstanding engine reliability and performance.\u201d<\/p>\n

The CF34-10E engine powers the Embraer 190 and 195 regional jets and is a key enabler for lessors targeting mid-size operators in growth markets.<\/p>\n
