Further deliveries extending over approximately four years. Excluding purchase rights, the value for the order is approximately US$4 billion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationbusinessnews.com\/cabin\/european-commission-approves-state-aid-for-sas-restructuring\/\">European Commission approves state aid for SAS restructuring<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a defining moment for SAS,\u201d says Anko van der Werff, President &amp; CEO, SAS. \u201cThis aircraft is key to enabling future growth and improved connectivity across Scandinavia and beyond. We\u2019ve taken the time to make the right decision \u2014 and this major investment reflects our confidence in the future and the strength of the agreement we\u2019ve secured.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The E195-E2 will play a vital role in optimizing SAS\u2019 operations and enhancing connectivity across Scandinavia and Europe.
