He takes over Alistair Greig who has now retired.<\/p>\n<p>Farswani will assume responsibility for the procurement department in addition to his existing responsibilities for engines. He will continue to report to chief operating officer, Thomas Chandler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">Steven Townend, chief executive and managing director at BOC Aviation, said: &#8220;Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Alistair for his 22 years of dedication to growing our fleet, which now exceeds 800 owned, managed and on order aircraft.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">&#8220;With over 29 years of experience in the aviation industry, Yogesh will continue to drive portfolio growth and enhance our key relationships with the OEMs. As we enter a new phase of fleet expansion, Yogesh\u2019s experience will ensure that we continue to achieve our growth ambitions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">Farswani joined <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bocaviation.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BOC Aviation<\/a> in May 2024 to lead the newly-established engines department. Prior to that, he held diverse roles across finance, risk, government affairs, sales and country-management functions at Pratt &amp; Whitney in China, Singapore and the US. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><strong>READ MORE NEWS: <a
