As the company develops it plans to expand into the PMA (Manufacturing Space) and aircraft teardowns. The company projects that it will perform seven aircraft teardowns this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The new company was previously the international division of Drayton Aerospace and it will be spearheaded by business leader Hussein Lookmanjee, following his full divestment from Drayton Aerospace.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This move enables Lookmanjee to fully commit his efforts and resources to the development of DTX Group.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationbusinessnews.com\/mro\/latest-news-mro\/skyservice-aircraft-teardown-service\/\">Skyservice launches new AFRA-accredited teardown service<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cNow is the right time for this transition,\u201d said Hussein Lookmanjee. \u201cDTX Group has evolved into a globally competitive business that merits dedicated focus. This move enables us to pursue our original international vision with greater clarity and autonomy. We plan to fully invest the proceeds from the Drayton divestment into strategic growth opportunities, including three exciting acquisitions slated for completion before year\u2019s end.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Although DTX Group\u2019s international strategy experienced temporary delays during the COVID-19 pandemic, momentum has since resumed. Formally established in September 2024, DTX Group is headquartered in the Middle East, with its parts trading business operating in the United States and two MRO facilities located in Brazil.
