Engine lessor BeauTech Power Systems has completed the acquisition of four Embraer E175 aircraft managed by aviation financier Altavair.<\/p>\n

All four aircraft have been on lease with LOT Polish Airlines, where they will remain. The acquisition is not the first by BeauTech with lease attached, but it is the first collaboration with Altavair.<\/p>\n

The aircraft \u2014 MSNs 17000125, 17000132, 17000134, and 17000136 \u2014 are Embraer E175s powered by GE CF34-8E engines. All units are actively operating
\nwithin LOT\u2019s scheduled European network, supporting the carrier\u2019s regional and short-haul operations.<\/p>\n

BeauTech is growing it’s base of E-Jet aircraft, with the new deal taking its Embraer fleet to seven planes, according to data from IBA Insight. BeauTech also owns 21 ERJ-family jets in addition to numerous engines.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis transaction represents a continued development in BeauTech\u2019s platform evolution,\u201d said Stefanie Jung, SVP \u2013 Head of Global Acquisitions at BeauTech.
\n\u201cWhile our roots are in mid to end-of-life asset management (in particular, engines), the acquisition of leased aircraft demonstrates our ability to access
\nhigh-quality assets through flexible structures involving in-service aircraft.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clive Bowen, Director \u2013 Trading at Altavair, commented: \u201cThis was a well structured transaction with a highly capable counterparty. We appreciated BeauTech\u2019s constructive approach and commitment throughout the process, and we look forward to working together again in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of the transaction, BeauTech has assumed all existing lease and servicing responsibilities under the current agreements with LOT.<\/p>\n
