After demonstrating measurable improvements in workforce planning and development, the platform is now being rolled out business-wide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"1083\">The ELMS Solution offers a centralised, real-time view of employee qualifications, training, and experience. This enables Gama Aviation to streamline talent management, simplify compliance, and strengthen succession planning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"1083\">The system also supports job assessments, workflow tracking, and complex authorisation processes &#8211; accessible from any connected device.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1336\">By leveraging the ELMS Solution across all business units, Gama Aviation gains an immediate understanding of personnel capabilities and certification status, allowing for optimal task allocation across its diverse network of services, stations, and aircraft types.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Kinch, manging director at Gama Aviation MRO, said: \u201cGama Aviation MRO is a critical part of our network and plays a big role in developing new engineering talent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith ELMS coming online in May, we\u2019ll be able to better track training, competence, compliance, and progression for both new starters and experienced engineers.
