Specifically engineered for the 777 platform, the system offers high parts commonality and proven reliability &#8211; attributes already demonstrated on existing 777 production freighters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"1022\">The announcement follows the successful test flight of Mammoth\u2019s prototype aircraft, now registered as N705DN, which underwent conversion at Aspire MRO\u2019s Fort Worth facility. The flight marks a major milestone for Mammoth, as it prepares the freighter for full certification and entry into service.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Drusch, chief officer cargo at Qatar Airways Cargo, said: \u201cThis additional freighter capacity will be instrumental in advancing our fleet growth and expanding the premium cargo services we provide to customers worldwide. The growth of our fleet with the Mammoth 777s reflects our commitment to operating the largest freighter network and fleet in the industry.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bill Tarpley, chief executive of Mammoth Freighters, said: &#8220;This milestone is the culmination of years of dedicated engineering, collaboration, and innovation. Our mission is to deliver one of the world\u2019s most productive and economical long-range freighters, and today\u2019s achievement is a testament to the hard work and expertise of our entire team and partners.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jetran\u2019s chief executive, Jordan Jaffe, said: &#8220;Witnessing the successful completion of the 777-200LRMF\u2019s initial test flight was both exciting and reassuring. The aircraft exceeded expectations and reinforced our confidence in Mammoth\u2019s engineering and conversion capabilities. We\u2019re proud to have <a href=\"https:\/\/qrcargo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Qatar Airways Cargo<\/a> play such a prominent role as launch customer for this groundbreaking program and look forward to its certification and entry into service.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mammoth777.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mammoth Freighters<\/a> currently has seven 777-200\/-300 aircraft undergoing conversion: five at Aspire MRO in Fort Worth, Texas, and two at STS Aviation Services in Manchester, UK.
