Saudia Cargo, the Saudi Arabian airfreight flag carrier, has announced the launch of new freighter routes from Li\u00e8ge Airport (LGG) in Belgium to Saudi Arabia and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO) in China to Li\u00e8ge Airport.<\/p>\n

The cargo carrier says it is part of a strategic move which aims to enhance its global network and support the rapid growth of the e-commerce sector and trade between Asia and Europe via the Kingdom, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

The freighter flights will operate directly from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO) in China to Li\u00e8ge Airport (LGG) with two weekly flights, facilitating the transportation of goods in collaboration with e-commerce platforms, merchants, and logistics providers.<\/p>\n

Marwan Niazi, senior vice president of sales at Saudia Cargo<\/a>, said: “These new strategic routes represent promising opportunities for our customers, contributing to shaping a new era of global trade between Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.<\/p>\n

“The addition of the Li\u00e8ge and Zhengzhou routes will be a game-changer in our operations. It not only enhances our ability to meet the growing demand in the region but also solidifies our position as a leading global air cargo company.<\/p>\n

“This expansion will enable us to provide advanced solutions that support the sustainable growth of our customers and partners, reflecting our ongoing commitment to achieving mutual success.”<\/p>\n
