Aircraft and engine aftermarket solutions provider, AerFin, and Iberia Maintenance have signed a Strategic Repair Services Agreement on used serviceable material (USM).<\/p>\n

The agreement marks a new phase of collaboration for the firms which aims to deliver enhanced, cost-effective support for airlines worldwide.<\/p>\n

The agreement brings together AerFin\u2019s industry-leading supply of USM and in-house MRO capabilities with Iberia Maintenance\u2019s renowned expertise in engine and airframe maintenance – offering airlines more efficient, flexible and sustainable aftermarket solutions backed by technical excellence on both sides.<\/p>\n

In addition, the two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore broader collaboration opportunities across their respective business lines and the wider International Airlines Group (IAG).<\/p>\n

James Bennett, AerFin\u2019s chief commercial officer, said:\u00a0\u201cBy combining AerFin\u2019s proven track record in delivering high-quality USM with Iberia Maintenance \u2019s world-class repair capabilities, we\u2019re creating a powerful partnership focused on delivering real value.<\/p>\n

The announcement was made during the MRO Americas 2025 event in Atlanta.<\/p>\n
