HAECO will also prioritise talent development through extensive training programmes aimed at cultivating a skilled workforce ready to tackle the increasing needs of the aviation industry.<\/p>\n<p>The facility was officially unveiled during a recent preview event attended by employees, customers, business partners, and notable guests.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra Nieuwenhuijzen, group director of component and engine services at HAECO Group, said: &#8220;The opening of our new facility in Dallas represents a pivotal moment for HAECO Global Engine Support. We are grateful for the unwavering support from our stakeholders, especially the City Council, which has been instrumental in making this vision a reality.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This expansion not only strengthens our operational capabilities but also enhances our ability to serve our global customer base with greater efficiency and innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Established in 2019, HAECO Global Engine Support is a member of the HAECO Group and provides 24\/7 on-wing and off-wing engine support from key locations including Dallas, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and London.<\/p>\n<p>With state-of-the-art tooling, training, and capabilities to support a global customer base, HAECO Global Engine Support aims to minimise engine downtime through a comprehensive network of EASA- and FAA-approved hospital engine shops covering all major engine types. The new Dallas facility will focus on a range of services, including on-wing inspections, quick turn repairs, engine changes, and storage capacity for lease returns.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haeco.com\/en\/about\/haeco-group\/haeco-global-engine-support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HAECO Global Engine Support<\/a> employs approximately 265 professionals
