Aircraft engineering and MRO services provider HAECO has signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) to foster collaboration in aviation training and education, setting the stage for youth development initiatives that will benefit both organisations.<\/p>\n

The MoU is expected to leverage the training capabilities and resources of both organisations, thereby enhancing talent development efforts and strengthening aircraft maintenance expertise on a global scale.<\/p>\n

The MoU also covers mutual support in marketing and recruitment efforts, as well as facilitating the exchange of information on course development.<\/p>\n

Placement opportunities for students will be provided through externships, internships, scholarships, and conditional graduate offers.<\/p>\n

Summit Chan, group director of corporate development at HAECO, said: “Our new partnership with VAA extends our talent development initiatives to Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing aviation markets in the Asia-Pacific region. This collaboration will provide promising career opportunities for young individuals eager to enter the aviation and MRO industries.<\/p>\n

“We are committed to nurturing the next generation of aviation professionals and contributing to the industry\u2019s growth both regionally and globally.”<\/p>\n

VAA president Nguyen Thi Hai Hang, said: \u201cVAA has strong aspirations for a fruitful partnership that fosters mutual growth and development. This collaboration will serve as a robust foundation for training high-quality human resources in the aviation industry, aligning with both national and international standards. Additionally, the academy aims to leverage HAECO<\/a>‘s expertise to enhance the quality of its training programmes through valuable insights and feedback from industry experts.<\/p>\n

“This partnership marks a significant milestone, opening up a world of opportunities for students – not only in Vietnam but also in the global aviation sector, particularly in technical and engineering fields, where immense potential awaits.\u201d<\/p>\n
