U.S regional carrier GoJet is to introduce an incentive package to attract new pilots.<\/p>\n

The Direct Entry Captain bonus package includes a $175,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $25,000 bonus for pilots with a Part 121 type-rating. This offer presents is to be paid out within the first 12 months without any contractual obligations or strings attached.<\/p>\n

Adding to the compensation package, The airline also offers up to 18 years in longevity matching. This creates the potential to earn over $400,000 in the first year of employment.<\/p>\n

GoJet is a regional carrier for United’s CRJ-500 and the airline offers a direct path to the United Airlines flight deck in as little as two years for DECs through the ‘Aviate’ programme.<\/p>\n
